The final community meeting for the Watertown Square Area Plan is scheduled for Thursday, April 4 at 6:30 PM at 66 GALEN STREET.  (Please note that this is a new location as previous meetings will held at 65 Pleasant Street.) This will be followed by a written report from the consultants, including zoning recommendations that meet the requirements of the MBTA Communities Act.  Then the recommendations go to the City Council and if, as expected, there are recommendations to change our Zoning Code they will be sent to the Planning Board for a public hearing and then the Planning Board’s recommendations go to the City Council for review and a final decision.  This is expected to happen in May and June.
